Medical Representative (MR) –

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote company products and explain their features, benefits, and usage to doctors and medical professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits and generate prescriptions and product demand.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper product availability at distributors and pharmacies.
- Maintain daily call reports, doctor visit records, and other required sales reports.
- Follow company policies, sales strategies, and ethical standards while performing field activities.

Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc,



or any relevant graduation.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in pharmaceutical sales may also be considered.
- Candidate should be comfortable with regular field work.
