Designation: AGM- Financial Controller-CA /n Location: Mumbai /n Experience :6+ Years /n Salary: Upto 35 LPA /n /n Job Profile: /n We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Financial Controller to lead the Group's financial planning, analysis, and control functions. This role will oversee the entire finance operations, including FP&A;, P&L; management, MIS reporting, and critically, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

The Financial

Controller will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic guidance to drive profitability and growth. /n This is a senior strategic position requiring robust analytical capabilities, operational oversight, and strong business acumen. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n • Lead and manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the Group. /n • Drive the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. /n • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making. /n • Monitor, review, and control the P&L; across business units, ensuring alignment with financial targets and corporate objectives. /n • Oversee and optimize Accounts Payable (AP) processes including vendor payments, expense management, credit terms negotiation, and ensuring timely disbursements aligned with cash flow strategies. /n • Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, productive collections, aging analysis, and minimizing credit risk and bad debts. /n • Develop, implement, and improve MIS frameworks to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting. /n • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, analysis, and financial reporting processes.



/n • Identify and implement cost optimization and expense control measures across the organization. /n • Design and enhance sourcing and pricing strategies to improve margins, drive profitability, and ensure competitive positioning. /n • Evaluate and strengthen procurement processes and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and value creation. /n • Establish pricing models and commercial frameworks in line with market trends and business objectives. /n /n Basic Qualifications: /n • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting plus CA Qualified /n • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A;, P&L; management, AP/AR oversight, and MIS reporting. /n • Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. /n • Strong understanding of working capital management, including AP/AR cycles and cash flow optimization. /n /n Key Competencies: /n • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail. /n • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. /n • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. /n • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities. /n • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining financial discipline. /n /n Perks &
