Key Responsibilities

- Strong hands-on knowledge of all types of formwork systems conventional, aluminium (MIVAN), plastic,steel, climbing/jump form, table form, tunnel form, and slip form.

- Proven experience in formwork resource mobilisation, deployment planning, and inventory/stock management across multiple sites.

- Sound experience in formwork design co-ordination, including review of shop drawings, props/staging layouts, and load calculations.

- Robust understanding of construction methodology and sequencing for residential (high-rise/townships) and commercial (office/retail/mixed-use) structures.

- Good understanding of safety standards and statutory requirements related to staging, shuttering, and working-at-height activities.





- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with formwork design/shop-drawing software is an advantage.

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and vendor relationships.

- A senior Formwork professional with 20+ years of experience in formwork execution, design co-ordination, and resource/inventory management, with a substantial portion in residential and/or commercial real estate construction.

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

- The candidate with prior experience working with reputed formwork system suppliers (e.g., PERI, Doka, MIVAN/Aluformsystems) will be an added advantage.
