Key Responsibilities

- Strong hands-on knowledge of all types of formwork systems
- conventional, aluminium (MIVAN), plastic,steel, climbing/jump form, table form, tunnel form, and slip form.

- Proven experience in formwork resource mobilisation, deployment planning, and inventory/stock management across multiple sites.

- Sound experience in formwork design co-ordination, including review of shop drawings, props/staging layouts, and load calculations.

- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing for residential (high-rise/townships) and commercial (office/retail/mixed-use) structures.

- Positive understanding of safety standards and statutory requirements related to staging, shuttering, and working-at-height activities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with formwork design/shop-drawing software is an advantage.

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and vendor relationships.
