Position 01 :- After-Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities :

1. Bank Guarantee Management Handle creation, submission, tracking and closure of Bank Guarantees.
2. Customer Follow-up Coordinate and follow up with customers on bills submission and take make confirmation on each courier delivery (GA wise).
3. CAMC PO Validity Monitoring Track CAMC PO expiry and coordinate with concerned after sales for timely renewals/amendment.
4. Spare Parts Quotation – Prepare, submit & track spare parts quotations as per customer requirement till payment collection.
5. Spare Processing & Reconciliation – Manage spare inventory records, stock reconciliation and consumption tracking machine wise and customer wise.

Position 02 :- Service Coordinator – Operations Role & responsibilities :

1. Attendance Management – Prepare records of engineers and operators for TGT application and manual on monthly basis.
2. Conveyance Processing – Verify, process and maintain conveyance claims of engineers and operators for App & Manual conveyances.




3. Overtime Management – Track, verify, and process overtime records and claims for operators.
4. Recent Joining (TGT Payroll) – Coordinate on-boarding documentation, system updates, and joining formalities for engineers and operators on TGT payroll.
5. New Joining (Vendor Payroll) – Coordinate on-boarding and documentation for vendor-deployed operators and technicians.
6. Vendor Bill Verification & Payment Support – Review manpower vendor bills, validate supporting documents, and coordinate payment processing.
7. Calibration Coordination – Maintain calibration schedules and ensure timely completion of equipment and instrument calibration activities.
8. PM/Commissioning/PAT Schedule – Make PM/Commissioning schedule for PAN India Machines & verify closure of all “PM/Pending Installation” on monthly basis.
