Position Overview

- Role: AEM Site Content Author

- Location: Bangalore/Noida

- Employment Type: Full Time
- Work time- 2.00pm-11-00pm IST

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Build and update web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, and digital assets.
- Quality Assurance: Check pages for broken links, spelling errors, and correct formatting before publishing.
- SEO Optimization: Write and update meta tags, page titles, and alt text to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, copywriters, and developers to launch new site features and campaigns.
- Governance: Enforce brand guidelines, content standards, and compliance rules across all published pages.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working directly with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as an author or content manager.




- Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional in AEM authoring.
- AEM Skills: Deep knowledge of AEM core components, experience fragments, content fragments, and DAM workflow.
- Web Basics: Strong understanding of HTML, basic SEO best practices, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic layout issues and guide teams on best authoring practices.
- Team Player: Communicates openly, supports others, and contributes consistently
- Speed of work: Ability to be resourceful and manage projects efficiently with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile or Scrum setting.
