About the Role /n This role will own Salute's ADP platform , covering both administration and project work as the company grows. This is not a pure administrator role ; direct ADP development experience is required, along with a solid command of HR and payroll data. /n /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now , and lead ADP-related project work as new requirements arise.

/n

- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in Salute Hub.

/n

- Build and troubleshoot ADP-to-Snowflake data feeds .

/n

- Manage HR and payroll data accuracy and integrity as headcount grows.

/n /n /n Qualifications /n /n

- Strong proficiency in managing HR data and ADP data specifically , not just general HRIS familiarity.

/n

- Direct ADP development experience , in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient.

/n

- Experience with ADP Workforce Now configuration .

/n

- Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance .
