Responsibility

· 5+ years of ADP GlobalView Payroll experience, with strong techno-functional expertise across payroll processes, configuration, reporting, integrations and implementation.

· Customer-side experience supporting ADP GlobalView transformation initiatives, working closely with ADP, SAP, vendors, implementation partners and business stakeholders.

· Experience supporting GlobalView-to-RISE / SAP S/4HANA transformation, including assessment of impacts to payroll processes, integrations, data, reporting and downstream systems.

· Strong experience with Workday-to-ADP GlobalView integrations, including PECI, PICOF and G2, with understanding of data flows, field mapping, validations and reconciliation.

· Experience with MFT / Global Secure File Movement, file-based integrations, security requirements and integration troubleshooting.

· Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional specifications, data mapping, conversion,



cleansing and reconciliation from a customer/business perspective.

· Experience managing gaps between business requirements and ADP GlobalView standard/template capabilities, driving resolution with ADP and implementation partners.

· Hands-on project experience across SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, cutover and go-live, including payroll validation and issue resolution.

· Experience providing quality assurance and governance over vendor and implementation-partner deliverables.

· Experience managing project risks, dependencies, issues and status reporting across large global payroll transformation programs.

· Robust understanding of global payroll technology, integration architecture and end-to-end payroll data flows.

· Experience driving standardization, automation, process improvement and technology transformation within global payroll environments.
