Key Responsibilities - Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for the admission process.
- Ensure a smooth experience for students throughout the admission journey.
