- Drive student admissions by planning and executing ATL and BTL promotional activities, including school seminars, open seminars, and awareness campaigns across assigned territories.

- Achieve admission and revenue targets through regular school visits and by building strong relationships with principals, coordinators, and school management.

- Counsel students and parents through home visits, understand their educational needs, address queries, and convert prospects into successful admissions.

- Develop new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local tuition teachers and educational influencers.
