o Qualification: Any Graduate (Post Graduate preferred)

o Experience: 3–4 years in admissions, student recruitment, or related field o Language : Valuable communication skills in Odia and Hindi o Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 10 days per month

· Salary: 30,000/- PM (Negotiable)

· Key Responsibilities :

1. Student Recruitment & Outreach :

- Plan and execute admission campaigns across Odisha and nearby states
- Conduct school/college visits and counseling sessions
- Achieve admission targets set by the management.

2. Admission Process Management

- Handle inquiries, applications, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth admission procedures in compliance with college policies.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and admitted students.

3. Counseling & Communication

- Counsel prospective students and parents in convenient language ( Odia, Hindi & English)




- Address queries regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and facilities.

4. Travel & Representation

- Travel for outreach and admission drives as required.
- Represent the college at external events, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Submit detailed reports of field activities.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

- Coordinate with academic departments for updated course information.
- Work with marketing teams to design admission materials.
- Prepare admission reports as required by management.

6. Compliance & Quality Assurance

- Maintain transparency and fairness in the admission process.
- Uphold the reputation and values of the college.
