Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Admission Executive to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role where you will split your time between working remotely and visiting our Kolkata headquarters, alongside field-based marketing.

Preferred Candidate Location:

- The company headquarters is based in Kolkata.
- Candidates based out of regions near Kolkata—preferably from the Midnapore section (East/West Midnapore)—are highly encouraged to apply, as this role involves managing student networks and outreach in these zones.

Gender Specification:

- This position includes extensive field travel, overnight transit, and regional student outreach requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding various educational programs,



courses, and admission processes.
- Conduct B2B and B2C marketing activities, including visiting schools, colleges, and coaching centers to build networks.
- Lead promotional campaigns, educational seminars, and webinars to generate prospective leads.
- Follow up diligently on leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Travel across assigned regions for market expansion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of skilled experience specifically in student admissions or educational consultancy sales.
- Assets: Must own a functional laptop and an Android mobile phone for daily operations, reporting, and CRM updates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi and English is mandatory.
