- Team Leader – Admissions: 1 Position

- Admission Counsellors: 3–5 Positions

/n /n Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune /n Work Mode: Work from Office /n Admission Counsellor – Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Handle qualified leads provided by the company

/n

- Counsel students regarding Graduation & Post-Graduation programs

/n

- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs

/n

- Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp

/n

- Manage the complete admission journey from enquiry to payment

/n

- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up updates in CRM

/n

- Achieve individual monthly admission targets

/n /n Team Leader – Additional Responsibilities /n /n

- Manage and guide the Admission Counsellor team

/n

- Allocate leads and monitor lead utilization

/n

- Conduct daily pipeline and follow-up reviews

/n





- Track counsellor productivity and conversion ratios

/n

- Coach the team on counselling, objection handling and closures

/n

- Take ownership of monthly team admission targets
