Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide working professionals and students interested in pursuing Online B.Tech programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, along with the ability to understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel working professionals and students regarding Online B.Tech programs.
- Understand the candidate’s educational background, career goals, and skilled requirements.
- Explain program details, specializations, eligibility, duration, fees, and admission process.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student information and update the CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide end-to-end admission guidance.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales/admission goals.
- Comfortable communicating with working professionals and students.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
- Prior experience in Education Counselling, EdTech, Distance Learning, Online Education, Higher Education Admissions, or Academic Counselling will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Education, EdTech, Distance Learning, Online Programs, Higher Education Admissions, or Counselling/Sales are preferred. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
