? About the Role

CareerHike Edutech is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team.

As an Admission Counsellor, you will connect with students and working professionals, understand their career/education requirements, and guide them towards suitable UG & PG / Online Education programs offered through our university partnerships.

? Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students/professionals regarding suitable courses and programs
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow-ups
- Understand candidate requirements and provide appropriate guidance
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students
- Achieve assigned admission/conversion targets
- Maintain accurate candidate data and daily reports

✅ Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Robust interpersonal & counselling abilities
- Comfortable working with targets




- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply

• Prior experience in education sales/admission counselling/inside sales will be an advantage
