We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Digiperform Bathinda team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, explaining course details, and helping them choose the right digital marketing program based on their career goals. If you have excellent communication skills and love helping students make the right career choice — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students about Digiperform’s digital marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in, call, and online inquiries effectively and convert them into admissions.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain admission records and daily reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve student engagement and conversion.
- Participate in student seminars, events, and marketing activities when needed.
- Confident in handling phone calls and in-person counseling
- Prior experience in education counseling or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
