Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.

Counsel students regarding available courses, eligibility, admission process, fee structure, and career opportunities.

Generate and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into admissions.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents.

Coordinate with concerned departments for admission-related documentation and processes.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.

Conduct campus visits and provide appropriate guidance to students/parents.

Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.

Participate in admission drives, seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional activities.





Prepare daily/weekly admission and follow-up reports for management.

Ensure a positive and qualified experience for students and parents throughout the admission process.

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.

1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, tele-calling, or student counselling preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and follow-up abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

Target-oriented, presentable, and proactive personality.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
