Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven and student-focused Academic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through the enrollment journey, identify their educational needs, and recommending appropriate program solutions. The employee will act as the first point of contact for leads, nurturing their interest and converting them into successful enrollments.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in academic sales, student counseling, or B2C consultative sales (experience in online education preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities





- Engage with prospective students via call/email and consult on their academic and career goals.
- Recommend suitable programs and assist students them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on leads, and manage a pipeline to meet or exceed enrollment targets., achieve monthly/quarterly conversion and revenue KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for up-to-date program insights.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and deliver an excellent student-focused experience.
