Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our CBSE & IB school’s administrative team. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end student admission process, engaging with parents, guiding them through admission procedures, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a thorough understanding of IB & CBSE admission norms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and school visits.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about the school’s curriculum, admission process, policies, and fee structure.
- Conduct school tours and counseling sessions for parents and students.
- Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and other formalities as per CBSE guidelines.
- Maintain updated admission records and ensure timely documentation.
- Follow up with leads, respond to queries promptly, and maintain a database of inquiries and conversions.
- Assist in planning and organizing admission events, orientations, and open houses.




- Work closely with the Principal, academic coordinators, and administration to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Prepare and share periodic admission reports with the management.
- Stay updated with CBSE norms and changes related to school admissions and compliance.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Administration background preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a CBSE or other reputed school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a student and parent-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.

Job Type: Full time Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
