Skill Apex Group of Institutions is looking for a friendly, confident, and student-focused Admission Counsellor cum Receptionist for our Aluva centre.

The candidate will be responsible for front-office operations, handling enquiries, student counselling, and admission-related activities. Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the centre.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students regarding available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle the student admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Follow up with leads and prospective students.
- Maintain admission records and student information.
- Coordinate appointments and student visits.
- Handle basic reception and front-office administrative activities.
- Provide accurate information about courses and programmes.
- Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student requirements.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports and records.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualification




- Any UG / PG qualification.
- Freshers can be considered.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous experience in admissions, counselling, reception, customer service, or education will be an advantage.

Salary ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on qualification, skills, and experience.
