About the Role

ITGURUJI is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course information, generate counselling visits, and support admission conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle online, offline, walk-in, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Call leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and other sources.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain courses, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Schedule counselling sessions and centre visits.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Maintain lead status and follow-up records in CRM/Excel/ERP.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.

Performance Expectations

- Minimum 50 qualified calls per day.
- Focus on quality conversations and conversions, not just call volume.




- Generate counselling appointments and centre visits.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and accurate lead records.
- Contribute towards admission conversions.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Marathi/Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and computer operations.
- Target-oriented and result-focused attitude.
- Experience in Education, Telecalling, Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, or Sales will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
