Sales & Marketing Manager – GRG Textiles

Job Summary

GRG Textiles is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales team, develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and improve overall sales performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Sales & Marketing, Team Management, Customer Handling, Business Development, Collection Follow-up, and Sales Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the Field Sales Executives.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor territory-wise sales performance and customer coverage.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and support the sales team in key accounts.
- Monitor customer orders, follow-ups, and sales enquiries.
- Track customer outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collections.
- Ensure compliance with customer credit periods.
- Review daily sales, visit, route, and collection reports.
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular sales team review meetings.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify low-performing territories and take corrective action.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Support management in sales forecasting and business development planning.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports to the Managing Director.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
- Ensure proper use and updating of CRM and sales records.

Requirements

- M.Com – Mandatory.
- Car Driving and Driving License is compulsory.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing – Mandatory.
- Experience in managing and supervising a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in Textile / Manufacturing / Distribution industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales MIS reporting.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.

Salary
