Hiring | Actuarial Pricing /n Location: Bangalore /n Experience: 4+ Years /n We are looking for an experienced Actuarial Pricing professional with strong expertise in Group Insurance pricing and profitability management. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead Group Insurance pricing, profitability and pricing governance

/n

- Develop and review actuarial models, pricing assumptions and analytics

/n

- Analyse underwriting, claims and reinsurance experience and incorporate insights into pricing assumptions

/n

- Drive portfolio profitability, pricing margins and VNB objectives

/n

- Support new product launches and pricing initiatives

/n

- Lead actuarial support for reinsurance strategy and treaty negotiations

/n

- Ensure IRDAI compliance, product approvals and regulatory requirements

/n

- Improve pricing processes, automation and efficiency

/n

- Lead, mentor and develop the pricing actuarial team

/n





- Collaborate with Business, Finance, Risk, Underwriting, Operations and Reinsurance stakeholders

/n /n Requirements /n /n

- 4+ years of actuarial experience in Life Insurance with significant Group Insurance pricing experience

/n

- FIAI / equivalent actuarial qualification preferred

/n

- Strong knowledge of actuarial modelling, pricing, profitability, IRDAI regulations and reinsurance

/n

- Robust strategic thinking, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills

/n

- Experience in team leadership and influencing senior stakeholders
