Senior Marketing Manager – Position: Senior Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Experience: 5–10 Years Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, generate quality leads, and develop strategies that contribute directly to business revenue.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives. Lead digital, offline, BTL, and promotional marketing activities. Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns across relevant channels.

Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement.



Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI and campaign performance. Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, Operations, and Business Development teams.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Manage social media, content, email, and other digital marketing initiatives. Build partnerships and identify new marketing opportunities.

Lead and mentor the marketing team and assign targets/KPIs. Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, CAC, ROI, engagement, and revenue contribution. Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.

Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
