Role: AR Lead-US IT Staffing & Consulting /n Duration: Full-time /n Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad /n Primary focus: Collections, Cash Application, AR Controls, Reporting, Reconciliation, Team Management & Compliance Support. /n Key Skills / Experience: /n Strong experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably in the US IT staffing/IT consulting industry. /n Good understanding of US accounting and business practices. /n Experience handling US customers, multiple entities, and high-volume transactions is preferred. /n Robust knowledge of AR aging, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and month-end close. /n Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers, internal teams, management, and attorneys. /n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. /n Advanced Excel skills. /n Working knowledge of Power BI and AI-based productivity/analysis tools. /n QuickBooks Online experience will be an added advantage. /n Ability to independently manage priorities and lead an AR team. /n Interested Candidates, please share resume to [email protected]
