Position: AR Caller Medical Billing

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare claims.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending, unpaid, denied and rejected claims.
- Verify claim status and identify the reason for payment delays.
- Work on claim resolution and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and actions taken.
- Meet daily productivity, quality and accuracy targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
- Healthcare BPO / RCM experience preferred.




- Valuable English communication and analytical skills.
- Experience of US healthcare Denial Management.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
