About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, particularly in land sales and purchase accounting and related transactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory taxes and compliances, along with hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel. The candidate must also possess strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work with management, vendors, customers, consultants, and government/statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to real estate and land transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of land purchase, land sale, registry, development, and related expenses.
- Handle accounting entries for property/land sales and purchases, including supporting documentation and reconciliation.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records, returns, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Handle TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory tax requirements.
- Ensure proper accounting and documentation of property registration, stamp duty, registry expenses, brokerage, commissions, and other transaction-related costs.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, trial balances, and financial reports.
- Monitor receivables,



payables, advances, and outstanding balances related to property transactions.
- Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, auditors, banks, legal teams, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist management with financial analysis, MIS reports, and transaction-related financial information.
- Ensure proper maintenance of invoices, vouchers, agreements, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Support internal and statutory audits and provide required information/documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST regulations, TDS provisions, and other statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate/land sector.
- Strong understanding of land sale and purchase accounting and entries.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Robust command of MS Excel, including formulas, reconciliation, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Good understanding of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities and meet deadlines.
- Experience dealing with CA/auditors and tax consultants will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked extensively with real estate companies, land developers, property firms, or land aggregators and understands the accounting complexities associated with land acquisition, sale, registry, taxation, and related transactions. Candidates who can independently handle accounting operations from transaction entry to reconciliation, taxation, reporting, and compliance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
