We are a diversified, family-owned business group with interests spanning hotels, manufacturing, retail, and export of beverages. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced finance leader to independently manage our Finance & Accounts function and partner closely with the leadership team on key financial decisions.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Finance & Accounts function across our group companies. This is a senior, independent role reporting directly to the promoters/management, ideal for a finance skilled who has managed banking relationships, led finance teams, and is comfortable operating beyond routine accounting in a promoter-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall Finance & Accounts function for the group's businesses (hotel, manufacturing, retail, and export operations).
- Handle and monitor the company's banking portfolio, including maintaining and strengthening bank relationships, credit facilities, and fund arrangements.
- Oversee the General Ledger, accounting controls, and day-to-day financial transactions.
- Lead, review, and supervise the work of the Accounts & Finance team.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS and management reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, statutory auditors,



and tax consultants; ensure the organization is always audit-ready.
- Monitor financial controls, compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC), cash flow, and reconciliations.
- Provide financial insights, analysis, and reports to management to support key business decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management across group entities.

Candidate Profile
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, ideally including exposure to manufacturing, retail, hospitality, or export businesses.
- CA / CA-qualified candidates strongly preferred.
- Proven experience independently managing a team of 8–10 members.
- Strong working knowledge of General Ledger, Banking operations, MIS, Statutory Audit, and Financial Controls.
- Prior experience in a family-owned or promoter-driven business is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and handle the finance function beyond routine accounting — including banking relationships, board/management reporting, and compliance ownership.
- Candidates around 45–55 years of age preferred, given the seniority and independence expected in this role.
