Accounts Intern – Warehouse Location: Bakoli Warehouse, Delhi Experience: 0–1 Year Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team and support day-to-day accounting activities at our warehouse. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to gain practical exposure to accounting, vendor coordination, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day accounting and data entry activities. Record purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and other accounting transactions. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and assist with ledger reconciliation.

Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding purchase bills, GRNs, and supporting documents.

Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents. Assist with bank reconciliation and payment-related activities.



Follow up on pending bills, documents, and vendor information.

Support the Accounts team with monthly closing and reporting activities. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Finance/Accounts Head.

Candidate

Requirements B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred. Freshers can apply; 0–1 year of accounting experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS. Basic knowledge of Tally, BUSY, or ERP software will be an advantage.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel . Good communication and coordination skills. Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn. Comfortable working from the Bakoli Warehouse, Delhi . What You’ll Gain Practical experience in invoices, ledgers, reconciliations, and payments.
