We are looking for a highly skilled and responsible Accounts Manager to manage our day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and a team of 2 Accounts Executives.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, reconciliations, final accounts, and financial reporting. The candidate should be capable of independently taking ownership of the accounts function and coordinating effectively with management and the company's Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete handling of GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, ITC matching, and return filing.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Maintain accurate and timely books of accounts.
- Handle bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Process payments and monitor cash flow and outstanding balances.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Have a solid understanding of Final Accounts, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits, taxation matters,



and finalization of accounts.
- Manage and supervise a team of 2 Accounts Executives/Accountants, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Good practical understanding of Final Accounts and financial statements.
- Experience in coordinating with CAs for audits and account finalization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Ability to effectively manage and guide an accounting team.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel will be preferred.
