DEPARTMENT Finance & Accounts REPORTS TO General Manager Accounts Budget As Per Company Policy POSITION DETAILS

ROLE Responsible for leading the Finance & Controllership function including Financial Reporting, Consolidation, MIS, Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Budgeting and ERP Governance. The incumbent will ensure accurate financial statements, timely management reporting, strong governance practices, financial compliance across the organization, and should have experience in dealing with government licensors.

DUTIES & Responsibilities

- Lead complete Financial Controllership function including Accounting, Month-end Closing, Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
- Prepare and review Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS/IFRS requirements.
- Manage Group Consolidation and reporting for multiple entities/SPVs, including intercompany transactions and eliminations.

Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Semi Qualified/CA Qualified (Chartered Accountant) - Mandatory MINIMUM Experience Requirements 08-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit,



Financial Reporting and Controllership functions. Preferred EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, EV, Energy, CBG and Infrastructure or Project-based organizations. Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and group reporting environment will be preferred. Work Experience REQUIRED SKILLS Financial Controllership, Consolidation, Financial Statements, MIS Reporting, Audit Management, Internal Controls, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, SAP (Mandatory), Ind AS/IFRS, Financial Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Team Leadership, Advanced Excel. Summary:- Target Candidate Profile: Qualified CA with 12-15 years of experience in Finance Controllership, Consolidation, Audit, MIS and Financial Reporting, preferably from EPC, Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure or Energy sectors with strong SAP expertise.
