Job Title: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts professional to monitor accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, exposure to auditing, MIS reporting, and strong knowledge of financial controls. The role involves maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, managing statutory compliance under the guidance of CFO and supporting management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor financial transactions and implement financial controls in accounting software (Tally/Zoho) to ensure accuracy of books of accounts.

· Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, journals, vouchers, and supporting documentation. Verify and process invoices, bills, expense claims, and payment entries.

· Monitor and manage vendor payments and customer collections.

· Ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding receivables.

· Prepare monthly MIS reports including P&L;, balance sheet summaries,



cash flow statements, and variance analysis.

· Provide financial data, trend analysis, and insights to support management decision-making.

· Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including accurate calculation and timely filing of returns.

· Coordinate with external auditors during audits. Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.

· Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com mandatory).

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

· Exposure to auditing and MIS reporting is preffered.

· CA Finalist candidates will be given preference.

· Solid knowledge of accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.
