Job Title: Accounts & Finance Specialist

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: VV Puram, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Full time | On-Site | 6Days

CTC: Up to ₹ 6 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, banking transactions, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain and update financial records accurately.
- Handle accounting operations using Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or FreshBooks.
- Manage and monitor net banking transactions and banking-related activities.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle and maintain records related to GST and TDS.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and finance processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements and documentation.
- Support financial reporting and other accounting activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
