Zybra is a cloud accounting platform built for Indian MSMEs, trusted by 25,000+ businesses and 100,000+ users. We are looking for a Support Executive to join our team in an entry-level role with a clear growth trajectory toward Customer Success.

​Job Title: Support Executive

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome)

Location: On-site

Salary: As per industry standards

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Assist business owners and accountants with billing, GST, and daily accounting operations.
- ​Address customer queries across phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
- ​Resolve basic product issues, follow up on open cases, and escalate complex technical tickets.
- ​Maintain accurate customer records in google sheets and task management software and gather user feedback.
- ​Ensure smooth B2B client coordination.

​Requirements:





- ​Any Commerce Graduate; freshers or candidates with experience in back-office, tele-calling, or client coordination are eligible.
- ​Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
- ​Basic computer proficiency and a strong willingness to learn cloud accounting software.
- ​Solid patience, problem-solving abilities, and client-handling skills.
- ​Prior familiarity with Accounting systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
