Key focus
- Consolidation of financial statements
- Conversion between IFRS ↔ US GAAP ↔ Ind‑AS
- Exposure to IFRS 15 Revenue , IFRS 16 Leases , IFRS 3 Business Combinations , IFRS 9 Financial Instruments
- Experience in Carve‑outs & IPO support
- Robust communication + team leadership
