- Month-End Close - Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring financial statements are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconciliation - Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Budgeting - Collaborate with management to prepare annual budgets and provide ongoing support for budget tracking and analysis. 5.

Reporting - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Tax Compliance - Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, and stay informed about changes in tax laws. 7.

Support - Assist in the preparation for and coordination of internal and external audits. 8.

Management - Monitor and control company expenses, reviewing and approving expenditures, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. 9.

Accounts

Payable and Receivable - Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections. 11.

- Compliance - Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations and ensure the company's financial practices are in compliance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
