Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible, energetic and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, stock records, financial monitoring and coordination with the team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and Excel, good organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage tasks while coordinating effectively with the sales and management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day billing and accounting activities.
- Maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, payments and other financial records.
- Manage and regularly update stock records and inventory movement.
- Monitor stock received, stock issued, sales and closing stock.
- Maintain accounts and transactions accurately in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports for sales, stock, collections, expenses and other business requirements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the sales team for timely collections.
- Track daily transactions, expenses, cash/bank movements and financial records.
- Assist management with regular financial and operational reports.
- Coordinate with sales staff regarding billing, orders, collections and stock requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in billing, stock or financial records and take timely action.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated regularly.
- Handle multiple tasks and ensure work is completed within deadlines.




- Support management in monitoring overall financial and operational activities.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Good knowledge of billing, inventory and financial record management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage people effectively.

Preferred CandidateEducation: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) preferred. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply. Freshers may also be considered if they have strong knowledge of Tally, Excel and accounting fundamentals.

Experience in trading, distribution, mobile/electronics, FMCG or similar businesses will be an advantage.
