Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and transaction entries Manage inventory records including stock inward, outward, and balance Prepare purchase orders and verify supplier bills and invoices Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials Maintain proper documentation of goods received and issued Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements Prepare financial and inventory reports for management review Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in the store Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
