STORE IN-CHARGE – JOB VACANCY

Location: Near Guwahati Airport, Guwahati, Assam Position: Store In-Charge, Qualification: Any Graduate Salary: 10k-15k). Experience: Relevant experience in Store Operations / Billing / Customer Handling preferred Age: No age limit

Job Responsibilities

- Handle the overall day-to-day operations of the store and customer interactions.
- Professionally manage and coordinate crew/team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle front-desk responsibilities, including:
- Billing
- Receipt generation
- Delivery coordination
- Accurate billing and documentation
- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi and Assamese.
- Conduct timely stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requests for consumables well in advance to avoid shortages.
- Ensure effective utilisation of consumables and implement processes to minimise wastage.
- Complete daily account closure and prepare/submit daily operational and financial reports.
- Take overall responsibility for the smooth, efficient and seamless operation of the store.
- Ensure proper discipline, customer service and adherence to company processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Experience in billing/front-desk operations is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience in handling a team or demonstrated ability to manage team members professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Assamese.
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Excel.
- Responsible, trustworthy and committed towards the organisation.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day store operations.
- No age limit — suitable candidates with the right experience and attitude are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for a responsible, mature and dependable person who can take ownership of the store, manage the team professionally, handle customers effectively and ensure accurate billing, stock and daily account closure.
