Role Description The Accountant/Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, supporting statutory and internal audits, and assisting with tax compliance and regulatory filings. The role also includes preparing management reports, monitoring budgets, supporting cost control initiatives,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for aerospace and defence projects.

Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of solid core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer account management.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to prepare budgets, monitor costs, and support management reporting and financial planning.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and a structured approach to documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, operations, and project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; CA/ICWA/CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or defence sectors is beneficial.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality in handling financial information, and ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South.
