PromptTech Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced UAE Accountant / Accounting Consultant to join our team at Technopark, Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE accounting experience and strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities and supporting UAE-based clients/business operations with accurate financial and tax-related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day UAE accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain general ledgers, journals, sales and purchase records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS reports.
- Handle UAE VAT calculations, documentation,



and VAT return preparation/filing.
- Support UAE Corporate Tax registration, compliance, and return preparation.
- Ensure accounting records comply with applicable UAE regulations.
- Assist with audit preparation and coordination with auditors and tax consultants.
- Review client accounts and identify accounting discrepancies or compliance issues.
- Provide accounting and tax-related consulting/support to UAE clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.
- Stay updated with changes in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting regulations.
