Job Responsibility :

A. Accounts &

- Financial Reporting

- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.

- Review ledger postings and account reconciliations.

- Coordinate statutory and internal audits.

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

B. Taxation &

- Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC and Income Tax compliance.

- Prepare and file statutory returns.

- Handle Income Tax and GST assessments.

- Maintain ROC and MCA compliance.

- Coordinate with auditors and consultants.

C. Cash Flow &

- Working Capital Management

- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.

- Monitor receivables and payables.

- Control working capital.

- Review debtor ageing.





- Optimize vendor payment schedules.

D. Budgeting, MIS &

- Financial Analytics

- Prepare annual budgets.

- Monitor budget variance.

- Publish monthly MIS.

- Analyze profitability by department.

- Develop financial dashboards for management.

E.

Revenue

Assurance &

- Contract Management

- Monitor project billing.

- Ensure milestone-based invoicing.

- Track collections.

- Monitor AMC/CMC billing.

- Support commercial pricing decisions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
