We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Junior Staff to join our team in Royapettah. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com degree and at least 1 year of experience working in an auditor's office. Knowledge of GST filing, Income Tax filing is mandatory and ROC compliance will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update books of accounts for multiple client entities. Record day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records. Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations. Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and related compliance work.

Support Income

return filing, and tax-related assignments. Assist in ROC filings and company compliance matters. Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with clients to collect accounting and compliance-related information. Assist in audit assignments and financial statement preparation. Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned client work. Support senior team members in accounting, taxation, and financial service engagements.

Requirements B.Com degree (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in an Auditor's Office. Working knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliance preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally knowledge preferred). Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
