About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join our finance team. Whether you are a fresh Commerce graduate or have entry-level experience in accounting, we welcome you to apply!

In this role, you will assist with daily accounting tasks, bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial record management while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain daily financial transactions, update ledgers, and accurately enter receipts, invoices, and payments into accounting software.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate and issue invoices to clients, manage accounts receivable/payable, and follow up on pending payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Verify daily transactions and reconcile bank statements with internal accounting records.
- Taxation & Compliance: Assist in preparing basic tax documents (GST, TDS filings, or income tax records) under supervision.
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare routine monthly expense reports, balance sheets,



and financial statements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, ledger entries, and financial statements.
- Hands-on knowledge or certification in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or MS Excel) is a strong plus.
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
