Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable senior accountant to support client engagements across audit, taxation, and compliance. This is a client-facing role suited to someone eager to build hands-on expertise across a wide-ranging practice, working closely with partners and senior team members on clients ranging from startups and private companies to trusts and NGOs.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Assurance

- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits for companies, firms, and trusts - verifying books of accounts and finalising financial statements
- Support preparation of audit reports, notes to accounts, and management observations

Taxation & GST

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and assist with GSTR-2B/GSTR-9 reconciliations
- Support income tax computations, tax audit working papers (Form 3CD), and TDS compliance

Company Secretarial & Incorporation

- Assist with incorporation of companies and LLPs – name approval, MOA/AOA, and ROC filings
- Handle routine ROC/MCA compliance, such as annual returns, resolutions, and DIN/KYC filings

Startup & Advisory





- Support startup clients with compliance calendars and general financial advisory as they scale
- Assist with fundraising documentation and due-diligence data points under partner guidance

Accounting & Trust Work

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Support accounting and compliance for trusts and NGOs, including 12A/80G-related recordkeeping

What We're Looking For

- CA Inter qualified / pursuing CA (or equivalent relevant experience); semi-qualified candidates with strong practical exposure are welcome
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a CA firm handling audits, GST, and ROC compliance
- Working exposure to company/LLP incorporation and MCA/ROC filings
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple engagements
- Working knowledge of Tally/accounting software and MS Excel
