About the Role

Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, expertise in accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting, and the ability to support business growth through effective financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory regulations.

- Handle direct and indirect tax planning, return filing, and assessments.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

- Monitor internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.

- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and ledgers.

- Support management in financial decision-making and business strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership.

- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.

- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Textile, Apparel, Manufacturing, or Retail industry.

- Knowledge of inventory accounting and costing.

- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and business analysis.

- Familiarity with ERP implementation and automation.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
