About the Role

Den Design Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support essential administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Zoho Books, GST compliance, bank reconciliations, invoicing, expense management, and general bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Zoho Books.
- Record and process invoices, bills, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including customer collections.
- Prepare income statements, expense reports, and other financial summaries.
- Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.
- Maintain GST records and support related accounting and compliance activities.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with monthly closing procedures, financial reporting, and audits.




- Support basic office administration and coordinate with vendors as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, GST, MS Excel, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
