Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices and payment documents, monitoring receivables and payables, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, and supporting financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare and process customer invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Track accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and company ledgers.

Maintain records related to shipping, freight, transportation, customs, and logistics expenses.

Verify vendor invoices and ensure supporting documents are properly maintained.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.

Coordinate with operations, customers, vendors,



and management regarding billing and payment matters.

Prepare monthly financial reports and expense summaries.

Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.

Support management with accounting data and financial analysis when required.

Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and applicable regulations.

Preferred Skills

Accounting knowledge, MS Excel, Tally/other accounting software, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, communication skills, and basic understanding of shipping/logistics documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
