Role Description The Account Officer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with a combination of office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Account

Officer will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining ledgers, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role includes handling invoices, payments, receipts, bank reconciliations, and assisting with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for management.

Officer will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors,



and customers to resolve account-related queries, ensure accurate records, and support audits and compliance requirements. This position also involves providing courteous customer service, maintaining clear documentation, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance and proven ability to prepare, interpret, and review Financial Statements.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
- Customer Service orientation with the ability to address account-related queries and maintain professional relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications are a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in agribusiness or manufacturing environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
