We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with 7-10 years of US Staffing experience. Experience in as a BDM and Account Management is mandatory. End to End US Staffing experience. Candidates should have expertise dealing various US Tax Terms W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099 for various consultants.

Required Skills

- Should be able to maintain valuable contacts with the employers and vendors.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between client and candidate expectations.
- Ability to generate a quality pipeline of candidates in a timely manner.
- Experience with #Dice, #Monster, #Indeed, #CareerBuilder, #Hot Jobs, #Vendor Management etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
